In this guide, you will learn how to manage compliance items in the Arya system. As licenses approach their expiration dates, Arya will alert you via texts, calls, and emails, providing links to the application. You will then be able to view and manage items that are nearing expiration to ensure continuous compliance.
Upon entering the Arya application via provided links, you will be greeted with a screen featuring the Compliance Assistant. This section lists compliance items that have either expired or are about to expire.
Arya categorizes compliance items into those that can be uploaded directly for approval and those requiring separate forms, which Arya will link to. Here, the driver's license is one such item that can be uploaded.
To begin the process, click on the relevant compliance item.
You may then drag and drop your document into the specified area. The system will verify its validity and ensure it pertains to you. If the document does not meet requirements, Arya will notify you. Once the information is correctly uploaded, press 'Confirm' to submit it.
